Terms of Engagement & Service

1. Engagement Agreements

Formal legal representation, financial auditing, or Employer of Record (EOR) services commence only upon execution of a specific bilateral Power of Attorney (Vakalat-nameh) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

2. Compliance with International Laws

Nexus Iran Advisory strictly adheres to all applicable international sanctions rules (OFAC, European Union, United Nations) and local Iranian laws. We reserve the right to decline engagements involving blocked entities or prohibited end-uses.
